Code of Conduct
The participants and parents, caregivers, and legal guardians of minor participants shall be required to follow the Sayreville Recreation Code of Conduct while participating in or attending any Sayreville Recreation programs, activities, and events.
By participating in a Sayreville Recreation program, activity, or event, I agree and agree to encourage others to:
- Act responsibly and respectfully toward staff, participants, and attendees.
- Avoid unsportsmanlike behavior, threats, abuse, or endangering anyone’s health or safety.
- Refrain from profanity, drug or alcohol use.
- Refrain from any form of discrimination.
- Never initiate fights, scuffles, or damage public or private property.
- Ensure appropriate supervision of any individuals I bring. For drop-off programs, I will only leave my child when staff is present and will pick up my child promptly at the designated end time. For programs that require caregiver supervision, I will stay with my child for the program.
- Understand that participation is a privilege, and violations may result in suspension from current and/or future programs.
