Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:

Participant-Initiated Cancellations:

Full refund if cancelled two weeks prior to the start of the program (minus processing fees if applicable).
There will be no refunds issued at any time for any camps, trips, or programs that are listed as “no refunds” in the program description.
Prorated refunds may be granted after the program start date only for medical reasons with documentation at the discretion of Sayreville Recreation.

Department-Initiated Cancellations:

If the department cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
Make-up dates due to weather may be offered when possible but are not guaranteed.

If a refund is granted, please allow two to four weeks for processing.
