Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued under the following conditions:
Participant-Initiated Cancellations:
- Full refund if cancelled two weeks prior to the start of the program (minus processing fees if applicable).
- There will be no refunds issued at any time for any camps, trips, or programs that are listed as “no refunds” in the program description.
- Prorated refunds may be granted after the program start date only for medical reasons with documentation at the discretion of Sayreville Recreation.
Department-Initiated Cancellations:
- If the department cancels a program, a full refund will be issued.
- Make-up dates due to weather may be offered when possible but are not guaranteed.
If a refund is granted, please allow two to four weeks for processing.
