Camp ScheduleJune 30, 2025 - August 7, 20259:00 am to 12:00pmCamp fees are for the entire 6 week program. We do not offer multi-child discounts.Based on counselor-to-camper ratio requirements, there is a maximum number of campers permitted at camp. A wait-list will be formed after the camp reaches capacity.Early Drop Off / Before Care For families who need an extra hour in the morning, we are offering a Before Care option from 8:00am to 9:00am, for an additional fee. If you need to drop your child off at camp before 9:00am, they must be registered for the before care option. There is a limited number of spaces available for this option.COUNSELOR IN TRAINING PROGRAM FOR AGES 13-14Our counselor in training program for teenagers ages 13 and 14 at the start of camp. Program participants will receive training and the opportunity to "shadow" a camp group with an experienced counselor. Participants will learn leadership skills, safety training, and how to be a positive role model for younger youth.Admission to the CIT program is based on an application and interview. Information will be in the "files" section below in the coming days. There is a fee for the CIT program and must be paid upon acceptance into the program.Program PhilosophyThe goal of Sayreville Recreation's Burke's Park Camp is to provide campers with a safe and engaging summer. Our philosophy is to provide an exciting program to engage campers in new physical, creative, and cognitive challenges and to create and develop meaningful friendships.
