We are unable to offer multi-child discounts.

Based on counselor-to-camper ratio requirements, there is a maximum number of campers permitted at camp. A wait-list will be formed after the camp reaches capacity.

Early Drop Off / Before Care
For families who need an extra hour in the morning, we are offering a Before Care option from 8:00am to 9:00am, for an additional fee.

If you need to drop your child off at camp before 9:00am, they must be registered for the before care option. There is a limited number of spaces available for this option.

NEW COUNSELOR IN TRAINING PROGRAM FOR AGES 13-14
New for 2024 is our counselor in training program for teenagers ages 13 and 14 at the start of camp. Program participants will receive training and the opportunity to "shadow" a camp group with an experienced counselor. Participants will learn leadership skills, safety training, and how to be a positive role model for younger youth.

Admission to the CIT program is based on an application and interview. Please see the application in the "files" section below to complete. There is a fee for the CIT program which is the same as a camper fee and must be paid upon acceptance into the program.

Program Philosophy
The goal of Sayreville Recreation's Burke's Park Camp is to provide campers with a safe and engaging summer. Our philosophy is to provide an exciting program to engage campers in new physical, creative, and cognitive challenges and to create and develop meaningful friendships.
