Burke's Park Summer Camp 2023
June 26 to August 3
Mondays through Thursdays

Have Fun Playing in Burke's Park this summer!

Daily activities include

  • Field games and sports

  • Bill Kerwood magic show
  • Grand Falloons recycling show
  • Camp Kindness Day
  • Reptile show

Camp Schedule
June 26, 2023 - August 3, 2023
9:00 am to 12:00pm
Camp is closed Tuesday July 4th

Camp fees are for the entire 6 week program. We are unable to offer multi-child discounts.

Based on counselor-to-camper ratio requirements, there is a maximum number of campers permitted at camp. A wait-list will be formed after the camp reaches capacity.

NEW FOR 2023!
Early Drop Off / Before Care 
For families who need an extra hour in the morning, we are offering a Before Care option from 8:00am to 9:00am, for an additional fee. 

If you need to drop your child off at camp before 9:00am, they must be registered for the before care option. There is a limited number of spaces available for this option.

Program Philosophy
The goal of Sayreville Recreation's Burke's Park Camp is to provide campers with a safe and engaging summer. Our philosophy is to provide an exciting program to engage campers in new physical, creative, and cognitive challenges and to create and develop meaningful friendships.

We look forward to providing a safe and healthy camp this summer.

Genral Information
  • Burkes Park is a completely outdoor program.
  • Activities are usually as follows (crafts, games, playtime, sports, water activities, snack time)
  • All the participants do the same activities but there are just different levels of crafts and games for the age groups.
  • In the event of severe weather (thunder and lightning and downpours) you will be notified if camp is canceled by e-mail from the Camp Director or the Recreation office.
  • No Refunds
  • All campers MUST BE TOILET-TRAINED
